The relief aid outreach targeted residents of the Peri Urban Domboshava Community located 30km from Harare. Domboshava is one area that used to produce food even in times of drought, but crops failed to survive the relentless lack of rain and villagers there were calling for immediate assistance.

 

The targeted elderly and vulnerable beneficiaries are household heads who are responsible for their orphaned grandchildren. The Donation included Mealie Meal, Cooking Oil, Juice, Flour, Rice, Sugar, Sugar Beans, Tea Bags, Salt, Bath Soap, Laundry Soap, Tooth Paste.
