By reason of her true nature of unconditional love inspired by God, Ruth Emmanuel Makandiwa has made it her custom to celebrate her birthday, every single year, in a special way. It has become a special day, not only for her but also for many people that she celebrates it with by putting smiles on their faces.

 

Bumhudzo Old People’s Home in St Marys, Chitungwiza, experienced the unconditional love of God from Ruth Emmanuel Makandiwa, through Agape Family Care on the 4th of September, 2021.

 

The AFC team was sent on a mission to celebrate Ruth Emmanuel-Makandiwa’s birthday by bringing comfort and smiles to the special group of elderly people that are housed at Bumhudzo.

 

The donation included; cooking oil, sugar, rice, flour, sugar beans, milk powder, juice, mealie meal, dishwashing liquid, detergents, toilet dip, washing powder, laundry soap, bath soap, toothpaste, hand sanitizers, disposable face masks, medical infrared thermometer, fingertip pulse oximeter, latex gloves, toilet tissue, adult diapers, blankets, 20L buckets, 90L dishes, 1 x 20L hand washing bucket with tap.

 

Overwhelmed by this gesture of love, the elderly people were truly grateful for being remembered on this special day.
